Today we announce our new 12-point agenda for the national reform of mental health and substance use disorder diagnosis and care in our country. We believe these strategies will predict, mitigate and prevent mental health emergencies by placing greater emphasis on improved diagnosis and treatment for people living with behavioral health disorders. We believe that our agenda, developed in partnership with the Thomas Scattergood Behavioral Health Foundation, could dramatically improve the health and well-being of all Americans.
The national platform will be formally announced as part of the Like-Minded Rally for Mental Health and Substance Use Reform in Philadelphia on June 26.
